Our preferred development platform for machine vision is LabVIEW from National Instruments. Using LabVIEW allows us to develop, integrate, and install applications extremely efficiently.

The SLR Engineering smart camera is designed as a platform to run our SW modules in real-time in both indoor and outdoor environments as well as offering high processing power in a small embedded platform. The HW can be modified according to the requirements of an application using several types of imaging sensors, and selected memory and storage components.
The camera is aimed at CPU intensive video analysis applications at a very good cost-performance ratio. Software can be developed on a PC and compiled or even executed without modification on the camera.
We have designed the smart camera for development of vision sensors for traffic monitoring, safety and security. The camera can run the Linux and Windows operating systems.
